RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At GURUPUJAN, we are committed to delivering spiritually authentic products. Due to their sensitive and customized nature, we enforce a strict policy.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms without exception.

⏳ Return Window

Request a return within 3 calendar days ONLY if:

  • Physically damaged upon arrival
  • Defective or unusable
  • Received the wrong product
Requests after 3 days will be automatically rejected.

📸 Mandatory Proof

Unboxing Video: Must show the sealed package being opened. No cuts or edits allowed.

Photos: Clear images of the product, packaging, and the defect.

No video = No refund/exchange. No exceptions.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Energised Products: Yantra, Mala, Jadi Buti, Shukar Dant

(Spiritually activated; cannot be reused)

Natural-Origin: Animal tooth/bone, sacred herbs, roots, feathers

(Unique and perishable)

Custom & Precious: Personalized pendants, Silver/Gold items, Gift Cards

(Final sale items)

Hygiene Items: Prasadam, powders, oils, soaps, body products

(Purity cannot be guaranteed after delivery)

📦 Return Process

1. Return at your own expense to our address.

2. Share the tracking ID and courier receipt.

3. Item must arrive within 7 working days of approval.

4. Refund issued within 10 business days after inspection.

💸 Refund Deductions

For refused or canceled orders, we deduct:

  • Processing Fees: Payment gateway charges.
  • Packing Fees: Materials and handling.
  • Courier Charges: Forward and return shipping.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only with prior approval.

Step 1: Email Approval
Send your request to gurupujan@myyahoo.com with:

  • Unboxing video (no cuts/edits)
  • Clear product photos
  • Order details
Exchange will NOT be accepted without email approval.

Step 2: Send Product
After approval, customer must ship the product at their own expense to seller address.

  • No self pickup available
  • Share tracking ID via email
  • Courier Charges will be reimburse as coupon. 

Step 3: Replacement Dispatch
Replacement will be sent only after receiving and inspecting returned item.

  • We reserve full rights to reject any request that doesn't comply.
  • Unapproved returns/exchanges will be disposed of without notice.
  • Repeated requests may lead to blacklisting.
